A big unknown planet is approaching to the Earth at the moment of which diameter is approximately 10 times larger than that of the Earth, belonging to a star system other than the Solar system. It is also different from the so called Niburu and the ninth planet of our solar system.
This planet is approaching to the Earth rapidly and proceeds to disappear far away from the Earth after reaching to the nearest location to the Earth. At the position near to the Earth, the balance of not electromagnetic forces but forces of attraction among the Sun and planets change. Accordingly, the Earth will rotate to get the most suitable balancing point, and the position of Earth pole will shift following to the balancing moment.
North pole will shift along the line of 0 degree of east longitude up to the last settling point near to the south pole, 20 degrees north from the present south pole position.
The matter to be taken care of is the process of the shift and the effect of the position of the poles after the shift. The pole sift will be occurring from the time of wobbling of the axis of the Earth anticipated on the 19th and 20th of August, 2016. The pole will start to shift in full scale from the 12th of September, 2016 and keep moving until the 10th of November, 2016 when it sits at the final position, 20 degrees north of the present south pole. During the first and the last 5 days each, acceleration and deceleration of the sift will occur. The move of the Earth will not be serious during constant speed shift. However, during the first and last 5 days, the Earth will face severe shake like that felt during earthquakes of magnitude 7 because of force of acceleration and deceleration. Many buildings and structures in the region where no earthquakes have been experienced with adding no anti-earthquake consideration to the building design will collapse. It is recommended to stay outside of buildings during these periods.
During 10 days between the 22th of September and the 2nd of October, 2016, due to the pressure added to the Earth crusts, southern slope of the volcano Mt. Fuji will erupt and volcano ashes will cover the cities and towns like Fuji, Numazu, Atami, Izu, Ito, Kouzu, Nisi-izu, Shimoda and Minami-izu located south of Mt. Fuji where the normal west wind is changed to north wind because of the shift of the Earth axes. Volcanoes in the world except for Mt. Fuji will be activated. And serious earthquakes or tsunamis will not occur during the shift.
After the shift, north pole will be located at the position 20degrees north from the present south pole. Therefore, for instance, the location of Japan will be changed nearer to the equator. For example Tokyo of which altitude is 35 degrees north latitude will be at approximately 15 degrees north latitude of which climate is just like at the torrid zone. New-York of which north latitude is 40 degrees will be at about 50 degrees north latitude and much colder in winter. It is suggested to check north or south latitude and the anticipated climate after the shift by yourself. A serious problem would be to rescheduling of agricultural production due to changed climate. We hope you can accommodate the new climate although the new life style might be a bit too different from the former one.
Postscript : Council of Orion has pointed out that wild carnivorous animals like lion and leopard might relocate their living territories during and after the shift and persons correlated are recommended to pay maximum attention. Also Mr. Somariameiyas of council of another universe has pointed out that farm animals could not live the most suitably at the present location and good care should be taken.
The north pole or south pole will become nearer to your living place during the sift and the temperature might be minimum as low as minus 30 degrees at some locations and the best considerable counter measures to warm up should be prepared.
